Zoe Hakonsson, MS
Zoe Hakonsson is the Lab Director and Senior Research Associate at the Human Performance Center, where she oversees the operational and scientific execution of research initiatives. She leads projects from study design through data collection and analysis, ensuring high-quality, translational outcomes. Her research interests include sleep, women’s health, and human physiology and performance. Zoe began her career as a professional ballet dancer before transitioning into academia, bringing a unique, performance-informed perspective to her scientific work.
