Federica Conti, PhD

Senior Researcher

Dr. Federica Conti is a senior researcher in cognitive neuroscience at the Human Performance Center at Parker University.  Her work focuses on the interrelationship between such as sleep, nutrition, physical activity, and cognitive health across the lifespan. By employing a combination of mathematical modelling and qualitative methods, she investigates the efficacy of lifestyle interventions on promoting physical health and preventing cognitive decline at the population level.
