Transcripts

To request your official transcript, please click here to place your order through our transcript servicer, National Student Clearinghouse. When possible, please order electronic transcripts rather than printed transcripts which allows us to fulfill your request as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you are requesting a transcript to be sent to our CBI Department, Human Resources or other department at Parker University, please click here to complete an internal transcript request form. 

To order a duplicate or replacement diploma, please click here to place your order through Paradigm, our diploma servicer. 

All diplomas will be produced according to the sizes below and will have signatures of the current administration, as well as the current institutional name. A separate product will need to be ordered for each degree earned.

Diploma Sizes

Doctorate and Masters: 11×14

Bachelor, Associate and Certificate: 8.5×11

Order Processing and Production Timeline: Duplicate Diploma orders will be processed in within 2-3 business days. However, diplomas are produced only 6 times a year – February, April, June, August, October, December. Orders received will be included with the next available production cycle. Notification of shipment will be emailed to the email address used on the order when the diploma is produced and shipped.

Name changes on Diploma: Appropriate documentation must be submitted at the time of your request if you would like a different name from the name printed on your originally issued diploma. Please send a copy of your driver license to AskRegistrar@parker.edu indicating it is proof of a name change for your diploma order.
