DALLAS, April 10, 2018 – Dr. Jayne Moschella is the Provost and Chief Academic Officer at Parker University. Dr. Moschella earned her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomfield College, in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Dr. Moschella is licensed to practice in the states of California, New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida where she also received her Acupuncture certification. Her clinical experience as a physician began in 1989 and provided real-world expertise to the programs she administered and taught.

Jayne says, “I am excited to build on the success of Parker University by improving technology and innovation in teaching and learning. I look forward to expanding Parker University’s program offerings, facilities, and commitment to research in healthcare. All in the pursuit of preparing our graduates for successful careers.”

 

Dr. Moschella has extensive accreditation experience and has served on multiple committees throughout her role in academia dating back to 1997 including Team Chair of the SACSCOC Leadership Team, regional conference presenter, and evaluator/accreditation liaison to name a few.  She held the title of Vice President of Academic Affairs for 15 years at her previous institution, in Boca Raton, Florida. Having served on the Parker University Board of Trustees since 2014 and as the Academic Committee Chair, she has committed her love of service to Parker University.
