Peer tutors complete training through the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) Level I International Tutor Training Program Certification (ITTPC), the leading international standard for tutor development. After finishing 10 hours of structured, skills-based training, tutors earn their Level I certification, demonstrating proficiency in academic strategies, effective communication, and student-centered support. This certification ensures that our services meet professional standards. Through this training, peer tutors are equipped to support diverse learning styles, boost academic confidence, and empower students with lifelong learning skills.
