Parker University provides many unique opportunities for learning outside the classroom, recognizing there’s much more to education than academics. The purpose of the Department of Student Affairs is to deliver and advocate an experience that supports and enables students to achieve high standards in education and develops leadership skills.

Life Outside the Classroom

Parker students are highly involved in a variety of extracurricular activities that enable them to expand their leadership, communication, and technical skills while continuing to grow and develop as a person. Student government, professional student organizations, special interest clubs, technique clubs, and other activities provide students with a truly well-rounded education. Students who become active on a high level make significant contributions to their profession, both during their university years and after they graduate.

One commonality among Parker University students is that they love to stay active, fit, relaxed, and live life to the fullest. The Standard Process Student Activity Center features a weight room, cardio center, full gymnasium, study lounges, computers, and a game room with table tennis, billiards, foosball, and various video games.


The Parker University Athletic and Recreation Department offers a wide variety of intramural activities throughout the year, culminating in the annual Chiro Games where teams from chiropractic schools nationwide gather to compete in the spirit of fun and friendship.

Student Resources

Parker University also offers a wide range of development resources, including career counseling, mental health counseling, tutoring, and Student Assistance so students can make the most of their educational experience.

From our state-of-the-art classrooms and facilities, to our scenic outdoor spaces, the Parker Campus is a beautiful place to get your education.

Our Colleges of Health Science, Business and Technology and Chiropractic make earning everything from a certificate in Massage Therapy to an Associates of Applied Science in Information Technology to an MBA in Health Care Management easy. Of course our College of Chiropractic is world renowned.

Transportation in the Dallas / Fort Worth Area

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport located halfway between the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, TX is the world’s third busiest and provides non-stop service to 131 domestic and 36 international destinations worldwide. DFW is located eight miles from the Dallas campus.

Dallas Love Field Airport provides the best that can be offered in a convenient, efficient airport, serving both commercial airline and corporate user needs. Located in the heart of Dallas, at Cedar Springs and Mockingbird, the airfield is 20 minutes from Parker University.

Dallas Area Rapid Transit provides transportation to 13 cities with rail, bus, paratransit, HOV (high occupancy vehicle) lanes, rideshare services and to Fort Worth via Trinity Railway Express.
