The Bachelor of Science degree in Strength and Human Performance offers state-of-the-art classroom and laboratory instruction designed to prepare students to specialize in assessment, treatment, strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation for those who are physically active. With a broad set of courses across multiple disciplines, students study the fundamentals of health promotion and wellness, as well as the benefits of nutrition and exercise, and prevention and rehabilitation of athletic injuries among others.
The ParkerFit Facility is a 23,000 sqft, state of the art, functional fitness center. Are you an online-only student?
