Parker’s Integrative Health program is a dynamic program that prepares students for numerous careers within the healthcare industry. This program will provide pathways for students to advance to graduate degree programs within the health sciences. It is offered fully online and students also have the flexible option of taking one four-week course at a time either on campus or online while completing their general education courses.
The Integrative Health degree offers students three tracks to choose from: Alternative Medicine, Science, and an OTA bridge track. The Alternative Medicine track focuses on functional nutrition, understandings stress, the meaning of health, as well as alternative medicine. The science track offers a deeper understanding of chemistry, with courses including organic chemistry and biochemistry. The OTA bridge track allows students to work within the Occupational Therapy Assistance curriculum
