- Register by mail by completing the form and mailing it with full payment to: Continuing Education, Parker University, 2540 Walnut Hill Lane, Dallas, TX 75229. Tuition is based on the date the form is received.

CE Hours

- Doctor of Chiropractic - 20 CE hours possible pending your state board's approval (eight hours each Friday and Saturday, four hours Sunday)
- Massage Therapist - 12 CE hours possible (six hours each day Friday and Saturday) for Texas-licensed massage therapists
