Jim Guest, DC: Among his many credentials, Dr. Guest is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN), holds a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Nutrition (DACBN) and is certified as an enzyme therapist by The International Academy of Enzyme Nutrition. In addition to his academic duties at Parker University, Dr. Guest devotes time educating the community on the health benefits of nutrition. His book, Extreme Health – The Nutrition Connection; Health Strategies for Life – a nutrition program for neighborhood organizations; and Realize Amazing Wellness – workshops on healthy living and weight management for area groups are just a few of his undertakings.
