Parker University offers a generous and full range of group employee benefit programs to all eligible, regular employees. Parker's comprehensive benefits program includes a choice between two medical plan options, both with prescription coverage. Additionally, Parker offers dental, life and AD&D, vision, flexible spending account, voluntary benefits for sickness and cancer indemnity plans, short term and long term disability, and a 403(b) DC retirement plan.
Parker offers group health insurance to all regular full-time employees. The plan is designed as a cost sharing plan between the employee and the university. Parker utilizes a self-insured program which uses the United Healthcare (UHC) Options PPO network of providers. You can verify provider participation at their website: www.uhc.com. Prescription and chiropractic benefits are included in this plan.
