Practice for sale in Sicamous BC. This practice is great for a new grad looking for a balanced lifestyle away from the rat race. I am currently only open 2 days/week but should be there at least 3 days/week. I used to gross $135k on 3.5days/week but now gross only $80k. Extra revenue over and above the $80k comes from a part time RMT (I collect 30%) and I sell Ideal Protein weight loss foods. The clinic has 3 treatment rooms(2 for DC and 1 for RMT) and a lobby/reception area. I am the only DC in town with a population of 3000. Recent expansion of the Revelstoke ski hill (45min away) is starting to push residents towards Sicamous. The clinic is in a busy strip mall next to new dental office and new lab/health unit.
